This company offers services such as real estate advice.  When you purchase the service they do not make it clear that you are entering into a revolving $39.95 agreeement.

Do not buy from them - they operate with complete impunity - they expect no one to complaint and they will charge your credit card even if you have not used the service.

I do recommend you report them as I have to the Maine State Attorney General.

This is complete fraud - even if you return the material and pay the first year - you will be charged again.

Becareful - DO NOT do business with this company they are crooks and they do not care at all about your "Real estate Success".

IF THEY DID THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD LEFT THE PROGRAM.

1) It costs money to have the dBase manager rewrite your account and maintain the account.

2) And you HAD the service all along - it was YOUR CHOICE not to use it. We do not force you to use it. It's like having a cellphone - even if you choose not to use it, you still have to pay for the availability.

We have all the documentation necessary to prove our case, including your acceptance of the terms and conditions, which is legally binding on you.

We were considering offering a compromise in a partial refund.  But since you have already filed complaints, there is no point trying to meet you half-way.

Bear in mind - the terms you legally agreed to ALSO state that you authorize a $35 billing charge against you in the event you submit a wrongful chargeback, so if you have disputed the charge, we can bill you the $35. And if not paid, we could post it as an unpaid bad debt to all credit bureaus where it will damage your credit for 7 years.

However, we will not place that charge at this time - we will simply dispute your chargeback, provide copies of the documentation, and your chargeback will fail.

AGAIN - BE WARY - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!

How to Contact Bill Vaughn Intellibiz Directly Home Address

AUTHOR: Nunyabusiness - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 02, 2015

If you have been ripped off by this guy and have been unable to locate him here is his home address.

Bill Vaughn

(((REDACTED)))

You can also find the deed to his house listed at the York County Registrars office. Just google it and you can find the address.

My suggestion would be to sue him in your local small claims court. Then when he does not appear you will have a default judgement. You will then need to file a lien against the property with York County Maine.

Good Luck

Nail this guy
