 Bill Waggoner did the same to my business partner and I. Took over $6000 from us then blocked him and I. Its unfortunate really.... Id love to take him to court but he will just avoid us.

I worked with Bill when I was small, CPAempire.com, through my exploits with affiliate.com.

Bill is an honest businessman, and shows results. He has generates millions of dollars in revenue for my company, and I have no recolection of him ever not delivering. Bill is legitimate, and what is being said in this report is not the Bill Waggoner I know.
