i purchased a $1500 pool table plus extra $300 for install and anotehr4 $349 for premium wall rack pack with balls and cues. first they double charged me for install then they try to justify that what i got is a white glove install that cost twice as much and the only difference they can point out is that the white glove means the isntaller pick up the table from fed ex. However fed ex will deliver it to where i want for free!

go figure that logic, and OF COURSE they never told me any of this! after much debate i got my white glove install fee back. when i assemble the so call wall rack for the pool cues, it have nothing to mount it, i mean it have no hooks , no holes to put screws in and also very different from the picture they show on line! Their answer,ready folks! " nowhere on our internet site mention how the rack is mounted and we made no representation that it can be mounted on the wall" they actually ahve to nerve to say this about their WALL RACK, i guess their lawyer never went to grade school english! then nate the saleman said he can send me a couple of hooks to mount the rack, and when i email the fine lady at customer service to tell nate to go ahead and mail me the precious hooks,

this is what i got in reply from the msot helpful violeta" i would love to but he is in a different office" she never heard of email or phone and her job title is? CUSTOMER service?? no way!

btw the first time i left violeta a phone message, she never returned the call and proudly admitted it too! who trained these idiots?and also the color match chalk i ordered, never got it either.

First of all, let me apologize for your poor experience. We did receive some wall racks that were missing the hanging hardware, but as Nate said we'd be happy to get you the hardware. There seems to have been a misunderstanding/miscommunication, for which we apologize.

We surely aren't perfect, but when we make mistakes we make things right. I will contact you Mr. Wong to discuss a resolution you feel happy with.
