Steve Pannell, his wife Billie (possibly also Brenda Pardon), and Kevin Foster stole $5,000.00 of my money in May 2003 when I hired them as Pannell Construction to build some retaining wallls in my yard. I have a written contract as well as complaints to the BBB when the contract was up and the job was not done. I also contacted the Birmingham, Alabama Police Dept who directed me to the Jefferson Country White Collar Crimes Unit. They were unable to help me as Steve skipped town before he was caught.
I am sad to see that he is now a repeat criminal doing some of the same things to others that he did to me. He lied and gave every false excuse you can think of. I was going to take him to court but the police could not serve him a warrant because he could not be located. From this website, I have been able to finally get some additional information about him. I was also able to obtain his history from an unnamed source with access to credit history and personal information. I have his SSN, DOB, date he filed bankruptcy as well as relatives names and addresses. It is my belief that his family is involved in his crimes as well.
I will gladly share this information with law enforcement or attorney trying to collect money from other victims.
Steve's wife or ex-wfe is just as involved as he is. She visited my home and was co-conspirator with Kevin Foster in this crime. I will gladly give all documentation and witness to any criminal investigation involving these three.

This is a comletely malicious fabrication. No one stole money from you. Steve didn't "skip town". He moved. Brenda Pardon??? How dare you lie about me in this way!! I have never even heard that name - much less used it as my own. I have never met you. I am not "involved" in anything because there is nothing to be involved in. It would be interesting to see the date Steve filed bankruptcy since he never has. Last but not least, it is probably not a good idea to brag that you hve someone's SSN - especially since that person has been a victim of identity theft. What a great place to point the investigation. I will now be relentlessly pursuing EVERY legal avenue against anyone who has slandered me and tried to destroy my reputation. Billie Pannell
