Billie's Portraits failed to fulfill contract of wedding pictures, poor customer service, don't answer phone or email Tulsa Oklahoma

Using Billie's Portraits as our wedding photographer was the worst decision we ever made! We splurged on their services, aware that they were overpriced, because we loved their photography.

It has been over a year since our wedding and we have yet to receive our Italian leather wedding album worth about 2,000 dollars. We have attempted to contact the company through phone and by email for about 9 months and cannot get an answer. The multiple voicemails and emails are never returned or responded to.

Throughout the entire process they acted like they had no idea what was included in their (very expensive) contract and we had to absolutely hound them for every item. We cannot stop by in person any longer due to the fact that we moved away, so we fear that small claims court is the only way to get anything from them. Honestly all we want is our wedding album, so no money that could be awarded to us replaces the fact that we do not have our wedding album.

On another note the customer service is reprehensible. My bridesmaids (who are easy going young people) were absolutely insulted the entire time that they were helping me at the Bridal portrait shoot by the photographer. You wouldn't believe some of the things he said to them.

Also, we were promised that both main photographers (Billie and Rick) would be present at all shoots. Billie didn't even photograph our reception!

There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of respect for their paying customers. When dealing with weddings, I can't imagine failing to produce the album to the couple- it goes beyond the money! Emotions are involved to the max!
