Apparently Billinghlp.com is a billing company for other internet companies, not just one. This company steals YOUR money for THEM. For me, it was fullreleases.com. It started with a 'baiting' fee of $4.95. Fortunately my credit union's debit card security department called ME to verify a pending $29.95 charge from the same company and was able to block them from my account now and in the future.
Oddly, this is the claim on the billinghlp.com website:
"We are proud that our customers have come to trust us and we now have an excellent relationship with our client base, which we consider of vital importance." WE are not their clients (but victims); perhaps businesses that employ them to steal from us on their behalf are the satisfied client base they consider so important.
