I was having problems with viruses in my computer and was searching for an additional antivirus program. This popup for "XP antivirus" advised of the multiple viruses infecting my computer and it could be cleaned immediately.
I bought and downloaded the program which froze up my computer. In restoring, the program disappeared. Contacting the company was very difficult. After a dozen phone calls and not getting through, the representative advised me of their no refund policy.
This is a rip-off to the max. A program that I can't use, doesn't work, and disappeared. I've contacted my credit card company and filed a report.
Someone should do something about this and I want to be part of it.

after sending an e-mail of dissatisfaction to their tech support advising my credit card company was getting involved and "any other options" avalable to me, the company returned the full amount, crediting my credit card. I'm impressed.
