They allowed the Duncan PD to install a tracking device on my car!! Duncan Oklahoma

 I recently purchased a car at Billingsley Ford in Duncan Oklahoma and the sales experience went really well. Everything seemed to be okay until I came back to pick up the new car. The salesman Dwayne Jones told me to take a truck off the lot and go have lunch, spend some time shopping and we'll give your car a complimentary cleaning. I said okay, thank you very much. As I was pulling out of the lot onto Highway 81 two police cruisers pulled up into Billingsley Ford's car lot and parked near the service station. I wondered what was going on so I pulled into a a parking lot of a store near Billingsley and put a cap on and walked over to the dealership and walked into the service area. My car was inside and it wasn't being cleaned. Luckily no one was there to see me walk in. I saw two cops talking to the guy who had the hood up on my car. I walked over to another area to see if I could get a better glimpse of what was going on. Just then a woman walked up and asked if she could help me. I asked her what they were doing with that car, and she once again asked if she could help me. I said no and walked out. I walked around the back and to see if I could get another glimpse. I got to where the service door was and heard one of the officers say "the tracking device needs to be in a location" and then someone walked up and asked if I needed help again. I said no just wating for my car to be serviced.

I then left and got back into the truck they gave me to travel in while they were doing whatever they were doing to my car. I didn't know what a tracking device was, and it really upset me that the salesman lied to me about cleaning my car. I went to a restaurant and got something to eat, and tried not to think about it. About an hour later I got a phone call from Dwayne Jones and he told me that my car was ready to go. I asked him what the cops were doing there. He said I didn't see any cops here. He was lying again. I said okay, I'll come by and pick up the car.  he said sorry it took so long, we have a new guy. I said right. He said okay here's your keys and enjoy your new car. I got in and drove off the lot. Since I got the car, I have been watched and followed by cops as well as people in black cars. This is freaking creepy! I've looked up what a tracking device is and discovered cops have been installing them on cars to prevent crimes in accordance with Homeland Security. I was furious about being followed and watched. Even when I went to a store a d**n cruiser would pull in and the cop would just sat there and watch me as if I was a fugitive. I also noticed low flying helicopters and other aircraft would fly in the area where I was working or even shopping. I've had it with being followed that's why I've decided to report Billingsley Ford for lying to me about cleaning my car. They allowed the cops to install a tracking device on my car so the cops could harass me and bully me which they've been doing for the past six months since I got the car. I can't go anywhere without being followed by a police cruiser. I know this complaint should probably be made for the Duncan Police Department but Billingsley allowed it and the salesman lied to me about what the cops were doing there because I saw it with my own eyes! They are in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution and are in violation of interferring with my right to travel freely. Of course cops these days don't honor their oaths office to support the Constitution of the United States and that's why there's so much corruption going on! Stay away from Billingsley Ford unless you want a tracking device installed on your car without your consent!!
