Billingsvc.com FRAUD! I never ordered a thing, but was charged for it!! Internet

I checked my bank balance on line, and noticed a pending charge on my account in the amount of $79.90. I did not purchase anything, nor did I authorize any purchases. I had to wait for the charges to actually "be paid" to find out the name of the company. It turns out it was a company called Billingsvc.com and it listed a phone # of 800-657-9205. I called the company to find out what the charges were for, only to find out that there is nobody there to answer the phone. I called my bank, my account is now frozen, my debit card had to be cancelled, and I have to wait 10 days for the bank to look into this to dispute the charges. Now I have NO money available, I have bills that haven't gone through yet, that will now bounce, causing me bounced check fees until this gets resolved. I am a single mother of 4 kids, no child support and NO WAY TO FEED my children, thanks to the scam of this company!
