I bought an Antivirus 2009 and WinSpywareProtect, because I could not open my computer, and the system was telling me that it was necessary.

I bought them on the 18th. of july, I could not run the programmes. So I wrote to them telling them that I did not want them and that I want my money back. I cancelled them on the 22nd. of july.

They answered me, asking what was the problem. So I answered them, telling that I could not run the programmes and even I send them a message I received from yahoo saying that it was not possible to run the progammes.

And from that day I continue sending e-mails asking for my money, because when I saw my credit card account I found that they charged for 4 more services they did not offered me at the beginning. Telling me that these services were what I needed to protect my computer from viruses and spyware.
