BillMeLater Just paid $85 for merchandise I never received. The only way to stop BillMeLater from charging more interest Internet

Purchased a cell phone on eBay for my daugher. We opted to try BillMeLater - Big Mistake.

Immediately realized cell wasn't compatible with our plan. Sent email to SmartPhonesWholessale.com and they agreed to cancel transaction immediately. (Note: They also ripped us off.) I found out 6 months later that they didn't cancel. Called BillMeLater and they told me to contact the vendor again. Did this. They still didn't cancel.

The first email I received from BillMeLater was 5 months later and I didn't even open it as - I hadn't purchased anything so why would I open a promotional email? (The Customer Service Agent didn't quite understand this concept).

So, didn't think anything about it until I started receiving paper bills from BillMeLater SIX MONTHS LATER (as per their promotional plan) with massive interest charges ?!?

So now, here I am with eBay telling me that I only had 45 days to dispute. BillMeLater telling me I only had 60 days to dispute and yet I didn't find out that I had been ripped off by SmartPhonesWholesale until 6 months later! I know MasterCard wouldn't do this to their customers.

BillMeLater at least had the decency to take off $20 in interest charges but I just had to pay $85 for nothing to BillMeLater - and immediately cancelled my account.
