After discovering charges of $21.95 on my June and July bills I called and was told a sum of $43.90 would be credited to my charge a/c. A confirmation no. 127731369 was provided to me at 09:20 a.m. on August 18, 2003 by Microsoft Online SVCS. The credit has not shown up yet but the charges stopped appearing in August and September. New charges of $21.95 each have started again in October and November. Please suggest any help.
