On Dec.30, 2013 I found an authorized charge of $479.58 made on my Visa debit card. I never made any purchases for anything dealing with the internet. I do not have internet service in my home. I do not have a computer in my home. The bank has now cancelled my bank card and due to this horrific situation,  I'm unable to access my account. I am disputing this charge. I certainly hope I can resolve this problem with you assistance. You have no idea the problems this is causing me. I want the funds placed back into my account ASAP.

Have you

AUTHOR: MochaG - ()

Have you ever used your card to pay for anything at any big store, such as Walmart, Target, etc? Do you have children in your home? Your card information might have been stolen by using it somewhere. Also, you should be able to pull some information about what the charge is for (i.e. a software, hardware, etc). You may need that information so that you could investigate further.
