Bills Made Simple ripped of big time san Diego California

we was also where ripped off by bills made simple.i tried looking them up last april to find complaints about them and found nothing so we went with them.we gave them all the money we had almost 1400.00 and they kept telling me not to worry everything would be ok and they would take care of everything.they told us do not contact them at all (mortgage co) during this process,because everything needs to come from them.

they also said you do not have to pay your mortgage while we are helping you and to get caught up on other things that we was behind on.i called them several times crying,because i was such a nervous wreck through the thought of losing our home and they knew that.

i called them on a regular basis and then all of a sudden i couldnt get a hold of anyone anymore.which made our worst fears come true.we found out in august that we had a forclosure sell date for november and we was extremely devestated. we went with these people and poured our hearts out to them and all the while they was theiving us.we was able to get a loan from a relative to give to our mortgage company and they lifted the sale date but we have to constantly worry and if we dont come up with another 4000 then they will give us another forclosure date next month.i have been trying since august to get our money back through attorney general and because they no longer have a phone # to speak with someone they cant really help get our money back.

this was such a horrible experience they are messing with peoples homes and lives in the worst ways they are nothing but predators in my book.i just wish i would have seen a report on them then so i would have not gone with them.i am still trying to get the money back and i will not give up.i am so tired of being taken advantage of and it just sickens me that there are people like this out there hurting people instead of helping them when they need it the most.
