BillTrim DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS! They increased my cell phone bill and then had it disconnected.

At first, BillTrim lowered the monthy payment on my ATT wireless bill.  Then, when I was on a road trip, I learned that I no longer had wireless hotspot.  So, they lowered my bill by eliminating essential services.

  I called BillTrim and told them I needed my wireless hotspot back.  They called me back later and said they negotiated my wireless bill to include wireless hotspot with no increase in cost (same monthly payment of approx. $158).  A few weeks later, my wireless bill came in at $217. 

I called BillTrim and told them to correct this.  Later that day, my cell phone stopped working.  I called ATT from a land line and learned that BillTrim (posing as me of course) had called earlier and canceled by cell phone line.  Sons of b-----s.
