You can tell when he lies, his mouth moves i am sure that he will shaft the wrong person and Billy will get what he deserves.

take responsiblity for your own actions!  your family did not stand up there and lie to us, you did.  again i wish i lived close by i would be outside your house every weekend letting your good neighbors know that they have a crooked used car salesman living in their midst.

Big lies.  That's what Demetro is good at. He will tell you a lie and when caught, he doesn't remember it.

My name is Bill Demetro. The Billy Demetro family has been buying and selling cars since 1972. We have 1000s of customers that are happy with their purchases. In this case - this person bought a car from us "AS-IS". We provided as much infomation we had to include Carfax reports.

This customer only called us about issues with the car after 2 months of having the car not like the the report states. We stated that we can not be responsible for issues with a car that we sold "AS-IS. We here at Bill Demetro family car sales we do not want our customers' to be misinformed about their purchases. We rely on the infomation we have. When buying a "AS-IS" car we by law are not responsible for issues with the car after the purchase.

At Bill Demetro car sales we strive to give the best service possiable. This being a Demetro family business - we can not answer all the calls we get in a timely manner - we have limited staff. We do ignore harrassing calls from customers that do not understand the "AS-IS" policy that has been set by the Duluth, GA. Therefore - YES - this is not McDonalds and we can't offer a refund for a car that was purchases "AS-IS"
