Billy Loi has repeatedly ordered merchandise from our company, signed for delivery, and then fraudulently disputed the charges. When we attempted to challenge his disputes with the credit card company, he began leaving a series of threatening and psychotic voice mails on our customer service line.

I am victim of a Never cold Call Scam. There are a lot of customers who have ordered product and never received their product. They are the real victims here. If you don't believe me, why don't you type "Frank Rumbauskas Scam" in Google and you will see tons of complaints against Frank.
His secretary claims that I repeatedly ordered merchandise. I can prove that she is lying. If I got scammed once, why would I want to repeatedly order merchandise from the same company. Just like other people got scammed for getting billed for product never received.
This psychotic lady needs to stop harassing me. She needs to learn some customer service etiquette which obviously she does not have.
So there you have it. Never Cold Call by Frank Rumbauskas is a scam.

Obviously, Frank Rumbauskas's secretary or assistant cannot handle my complaint in a professional manner. In a desperate attempt to save Frank Rumbauskas's name, she is resorting to name calling and making up stories about me that are not true, like leaving her threatening messages. Hogwosh.
She said I repeatedly ordered merchandise!! Can you see how she is lying? If I got ripped off once, why would I want to repeatedly order merchandise from Frank Rumbauskas the scam artist. His Never Cold Call Course is a piece of crap. She said I repeatedly ordered merchandise...LOL...There you go. I caught her in a lie.
Do you want proof that Frank Rumbauskas is a scam artist? Why don't you type the keywords "Frank Rumbauskas scam" into Google and you will see tons of complaints against Frank Rumbauskas.
Did you see the complaints from customers who never received their product from Frank Rumbauskas? Yes. Those customers got charged for product they never received. They are the real victims here. I thought my situation was bad.
I just saw Frank Rumbauskas post an article about winning his case against chargebacks. He was quoted as saying that if someone asks about the money back guarantee, he refuses to do business with them. What does that tell you? He is lying about the money back guarantee!!
When you get a chance, type "Never Cold Call Scam" and you will see more complaints against Frank Rumbauskas filed from other angry customers who never got their product in the first place.
