Hired Billy Reavis Bonding Company AKA Winston Bonding Company to bail someone out.  They agreed to do this with a portion of the bond money down leaving a balance due on the bond.  Payment arrangements with dollar amounts were not set up on paperwork upon bail out.

First court appearance after bail out they revoked my bond.  First was told the person on the bond wanted it revoked.  Then was told that it was a pretrial person that wanted it revoked.  In the end I found out that it was neither but it was them that revoked it.

The Friday prior to them revoking the bond a payment was sent to them for part of the balance on the bond when I contacted them about my findings they willingly without my asking or anything refunded that money.  It is obvious that they knew they were in the wrong to refund any money whatsoever.  I feel I am due the amount paid initially since they revoked the bond for no apparent reason.

I received threatening text messages from them concerning the person that was bonded out.  The person that was bonded is now back in jail at square 1 again.  The bond company and the jailer are very close friends.  Due to this someone must feel threatened because the person in jail has been in lockdown 23 hours a day since my findings on Thursday.

I was informed by the bondsman via text messages that the person that was bonded out was going around telling everyone at the jail that he ripped them off.  The bondsman was very angry and stated this in his text messages letting me know that he would get even with this person.

Think about it, the person is in jail, if he is telling other inmates about this it could potentially hurt his business because the people in jail are the ones that would call upon them to bond them out. All of this information can be backed up with the text messages received.

I have contacted my cell phone carried and they stated I needed a court order to get these records legalized.  I am in the process of getting a court order to obtain legal documentation of these text messages sent to me.  I have since heard that this company drops everyone and has their bond revoked at the first court appearance which lands the person right bad in jail looking for another bailbondsman to bail them out costing them double the money.  This company is not an honest company and they are unethical in the way they conduct business.
