I have been playing bingo at Bingoroom for quite a long time. I am very quiet while I play and have never bothered anyone, I mind my own business.
Last week I discovered I was muted out of the chat area of the games.
When I emailed support to ask why, they said it was related to another incident... I was not involved in any incident whatsoever.
A couple of days later I tried to open a game window and it said access denied, account under investigation. HUH???
I did not receive and answer from their support when I asked why.
The next day when I went to login, I was denied access to the site completely.
They have a bonus system, that depending on how much you spend, how many days you play, and how long you have played there, you EARN bonus money to play with on the first of the following month.
I have EARNED $50 bonus which will should be available to me on the first of next month.
It appears I will be screwed out of this, and I PAID to earn this.
I feel abused and mistreated with no explanation given to me.
