The Bio Bidet BB-i3000 looked like everything we were looking for.
It actually performed very well for some time, except for the fact that it was very difficult to keep clean and sanitary. We required a plumber to install it for us. To its credit the company did respond to an initial defect complaint on one unit by sending a replacement.
Over time the seats on both BB-i3000 seats did crack top and bottom, finally breaking into pieces. Bio Bidet did not respond to an complaint that we e-mailed.
We finally replaced both units with much, much better, easier to clean, and much less costly bidet units. See xxxx(((REDACTED))).com for this and many other good products for heath purposes (we are simply customers of Mxxxx, not spokespersons).

In my experience, I have had no issues getting respones from Bio Bidet. Most companies, if written to, will take a minimum of 24-48 hours to respond but most times I get a response in a few minutes to a few hours. This particular model I had owned in the past before upgrading to their higher tech model but I know that the cleaning is easy since the lid pops right off. Once in a while I would have to take the seat off to clean under it. I'm not quite sure how to say this but this seems like a competitor's attempt at discrediting this company given the sudden attempt at advertising another product at the end. Hmm...
