Bio Leans trial offer then charged monthly and products sent without consent Tampa Internet

I signed up for an inexpensive, trial offer of 2 weighloss products.  The trials were sent immediately.

The following month I received an additional order of the product yet I had not ordered any.  I got an email saying the shipment was on its way and I responded that I had not requested or authorized additional shipments.  I received no reply.

The month following that I received another email sayig that a shipment was on its way.  The invoice on my shipments had no information about the cost of the product (I stupidly gave them my debit card to order the trial shipment).  The only way I had to determine the cost of the product was to check my bank statement and see what they were charging.  

I called the customer service number after I got another email stating that my next shipment was on its way.  I commend the customer service person who took my cancelation.  She probably gets lots of angry people calling about unauthorized shipments and she was very gracious.  The company should be avoided because I never signed any authorization for shipments after the trial...plus the invoices never stated the cost of the product (around $80/month).  I think this is a very shoddy and shady way to conduct business.  Insult to injury--I did not lose one ounce while taking the product.
