I ordered 2 products Bio Glaciere and Miracle Eyes on a 14 day trial May 29, 21016. If you do not call to cancel before your 14 days, you will be charged $97.00. I called and they told me the 14 day trial had ended and I would be charged the $97.00.

What they don't make clear is - the trial starts the day you order. How can I trial a product if I don't have it ?

I ordered on 5-29-16 They sent me an email saying they sent out my order on 6-1-16 It was a 3 day mailing, so I received it 6-4-16. I called 6-12-16 to cancel before the trial was up and was then informed of the time frame. They go by date ordered not when you actually trial the product. I believe this is false advertising. What a scam
