I joined Bio Performance on June 2,2007. Immediatly after looking at my website I saw where others had complained that they had difficulty recruiting because there was no way of contacting a live person at cutomer service.
I knew right then I did not want to be involved with this company. I e mailed to support two times with no responce. The third email was a threat that if I didn't hear from someone right away I would contact athorities.
I had been trying to contact the company for over two weeks. I went through the web site and ,sure enough there was no contact numbers to be found. So i called my bank 6/3/07 to stop payment on the check.
Two days later I found my account overdrawn by almost $200. Bio Performance had filed an electronic check they knew there would be no way to stop the transaction because they did not provide acess to customer service.
On 6/27/07 I spoke with customer service, It was the most disorganized companies I have ever seen. The President of the company Ernest Land accused me of stealing from him.
They had mailed the product to my sponser in her name with no referance to me in the package,the address they sent it was not on my original application.
I explained to Mr. Land ,that the there was not refrence to me and my sponce had ordered before me and by 6/27/07 have not received her order. I asked him to stop her order and refund my money.
Mr. Land's was not interested in settleing the dispute or seeing that the error was on them. He screamed at me and talked to me very nasty. It is hard to believe he was actually the president of a company. Very unprofessional.
Bio Performance was shut down about a year ago because of fraud. They were suppose to have won their case in court. I will also be filing a dispute with the Atorney General in Texas. I have until 7/16/07.
I would like to talk with someone if it's possible. I feel violated and I want my $191.70 back in my account. I should have a right to cancel if I want to.

Wow! Where to begin. Real simple look for the truth. Laurna has many untruths in her report.
She says BPI has no customer service, yet she list a working phone number. And she admits speaking with my office.
She did an online ACH payment which debits a bank account immediately and blames BPI for her overdraft of $200. Why spend money you do not have in your bank account unless you do it expecting a refund or to scam a business?
She says Bio Performance was shut down due to fraud. BPI Worldwide is not Bio Performance and Bio Performance was not shut down due to fraud. In fast Bio Performance was allowed to go back into business.
She claims I was unprofessional for telling her she would be required to ship back her purchased products, that she choose to send to a third party, and that she would have to do so before she recieved a refund. The BBB and other authorities told her that she would be required to return her purchase prior to refund. After these authorities informed her she could not keep the product and expect a refund she then returned the purchase and we refunded her less a 10% restocking fee.
I consider this matter closed with refund issued. Why Laurna wanted a refund and expected to keep the purchase seems to me a matter of her pulling a scam.

Bio Performance are Rip Off sneaky liars desperate for a deal. When I enrolled with that company they had just notified their previous reps that they had won their case in court and it was Ok! to reactivate their memberships.
The person that sponcered me was not even active in their system at the time I enrolled, I found that out when I was being scream at and insulted by Mr Ernest Land the so called President of the company.
He was holding on so tight to the money ($190.70) that he didn't realize what he told me. So they sent a package to me in her name her before she was offically re-enrolled.
It's been over a month now and my sponcer has not as yet recieved her package. Something is wrong with that picture! Bio Performance made a mistake and I want my money back!!!
These people need to be stopped!!!
