We purchased over $4000.00 worth of products from Bio-Safe One Septic Solutions on January 12.2012, because we were having leaching field problems. We received the product and contacted Chris and he started us on our way. We are now 3/4 of the way done with the treatment plan he set us up with and are seeing no improvement.

We contacted Bio-Safe and at this stage of the treatment they decided to ask what we are using for household products, because we must be doing something wrong. They are now treating us like it is all our fault that their product is not working.  They are now asking for MSDS information on products being used in the house.

 Every time we contacted Chris about the next steps to take, he treated us like it was the first time he had ever talked to us. It seemed like they were not keeping track of the progess of our case.

 As the blame game continued I called and mentioned calling the Better Business Bureau and the woman hung up on me.  I  immediately  called back and I was quickly sent to voice mail. I called again and Chris answered, he  said he was in a meeting and there was no one there who could talk to me and didn't appriciate being threatened by the Better Business Bureau, and there is nothing else he can do for us until he receives the MSDS on a particular product.

 So we now have rest of his product sitting at our house not knowing how to continue.

 I am totally shocked at how bad their customer service is now that we have purchased their product. They were so pleasant before we purchased it.

Mr. Chris,

Is Christopher Jorgensen your real name? Why you are not using it?

First of all, I am providing facts regardless of your liking. What you are saying is like, doctors in the hospital are saving lives so, if they kill few patients - who cares. #2, “writing false things” is lying. How you can explain that on various web-sites Bio-Safe One, Inc is presented as “Business Type : Manufacturer / Wholesale Suppliers”? Is this “writing false things” or not? You are an owner of an Internet store not a manufacturer. #3, if a customer calls, are you trying to determine if the product will work or not or in their case or, you are convincing a customer that it will work by using graphics on your web-site to make a sale no matter what? You know that if the product is not working your attorney Mr. Anthony M. Wilger will send the following mail to this customer to shut them up.

“I am the attorney for Bio-Safe One, Inc. Please be advised that you are directed to CEASE and DESIST from any further communications with Bio-Safe One, Inc., its officers, representatives, or employees. Please be further advised that any further communication with Bio-Safe One, Inc., its officers, representatives, or employees will result in appropriate legal action to protect the interests of my client. This legal action may seek compensatory and punitive damages, accrued interest, attorney's fees, and costs and disbursements, in addition to injunctive relief. Please be guided accordingly. Sincerely, Anthony M. Wilger”

How many people will be scared after receiving this email? ... many. Am I a lier?

You are upset because your existence is based on your image. If the Internet will be turned off, you will be looking for a job. “Manufacturer / Wholesale Suppliers” - are you kidding me? What about your supplier Novozymes; real Manufacturer.

To Mr. Ted ? (Notice the person refuses to show their real name)

I have helped thousands of customers for many years who are grateful and happy for the help both I gave to them also for the phenominal products our company provided to them. I personally have walked thousands of these customers out of complete septic failure day in and day out for years now. Saving each and every one of these people thousands and thousands of dollars in not having to replace their systems.

From my experience we very rarely are not able to help someone. In rare cases people do wrong things and want to blame the products for the neglectful things suchs as using wrong product use ie acid use or not follow our recommendations. I do not know your name or if you are even real (you could be a competitor) using this portal to bad mouth our company. I have no problem provided references of countless numbers of people that I have helped save their septic systems for years now. So if you want help you should identify yourself and call me for help. Bad mouthing the excellent products we sell, or our company or me is unacceptable. Defamation and libel is why you refuse to identify yourself. Need I say more. Any use of this website to speak false things and twist the truth is considered that.

I encourage you to think carefully about what I wrote before writing false things again.

FYI, when in my case, the product was not working (also over $4000), I started sending emails to Bio Safe One with a number of questions related to their web site and the product. These questions were polite, logical and, supported by
information from Christopher Jorgensen's site plus legal documents published on the Internet. First, my questions were labelled by Mr. Christopher Jorgensen  as: "annoying accusations", "borderline harassment", "your fantasy", "obnoxious email's ", etc. After that, I have received the following email. I am the attorney for Bio-Safe One, Inc. Please be  advised that you are directed to CEASE and DESIST from any further communications with Bio-Safe One, Inc., its officers, representatives, or employees  Please be further advised that any further communication with Bio-Safe One, Inc., its officers, representatives, or employees will result in appropriate legal action to protect the interests of my client. This legal action may seek compensatory and punitive damages, accrued interest, attorney's fees, and costs and disbursements, in addition to  injunctive relief. Please be guided accordingly.

I  wonder if Ms. Burdick has received a similar threat from Att. Wilger. In summary, to my experience, Biosafeone is an Internet store making profit by generating a false "I am a manufacturer" image and, by intimidation.

This is Sandra Burdick, the one who wrote this post. I misunderstood Bio-safe's intentions, they are a good company with good intentions and a good product, so this post was written in error and misunderstandings. This is not fair to Bio-safe or me and I regret writing the original post... Please remove the original post as soon as possible for it was a mistake.
