I first read all the great reviews about SCOE 10X and then bought the product. I followed their instructions to the letter to attempt to get rid of a small amount of cat urine.

The product did not only fail to get rid of all of the smell but appeared to actually attract the cat to the area to continue to urinate there.

I also took an old small rug and treated the rug with the SCOE 10X product just to see if the cat was attracted to it and he was.

I then used another product "Urine Off" and it appeared to work.

What was the most surprising, was what happened in a pleasant conversation with the company. After giving them the very specific details about how their SCOE 10X product did not work at all with my cat, they changed what I told them and stated that they could not honor their guarantee because the smell had disappeared.

I then reiterated that the smell had definitely not disappeared, nor had I told them so, and they simply apologized and said their was nothing they could do.

They were very nice on the phone, but trained to absolutely not honor any guarantee.

The product label states that it contains bacterial spores (spores are reproductive structures that are adapted for dispersal and surviving for extended periods of time in unfavorable conditions)

John Davidson of BioFog, Inc stated that the EPA's approval is not necessary.

The product label also states that it is non-toxic and very safe to use.

Then the product label states in bold that you should keep it out of the reach of children, use with adequate ventilation, wash hands after each use, etc.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this product and company.

Sounds like sour grapes

I don't know what is behind the personal attacks against BioFog by this ranter.  Every other comment I read is how good the product is.  I would recommend BioFOG to everyone.  I've been using it for 2 years now and have always had positive results for skunk spray and dog urine.  I rub it into my dog's fur with my bare hands and wash my hands after application.  I or my wife have never had any negative results from our usage on our dog or our carpet.
