Slamko High pressure sales promo on TV - pay NOW over phone w/credit card to schedule vastly reduced price for our Zerona and Juvia laser treatments to scuplt body. Phones open only few hours. Daughter signed up for 5800.00 dollars worth of treatment. No treatment and they won't refund her money. Scottsdale Arizona

Daughter paid $5800 for both of us (surprise to me!) @2900/each for Zerona and Juvia laser treatments beginning next week.  They (Slamko, BioHealth Sciences, 7373 Scottsdale Rd, using Dr. Shelly Friedman's office address and telephone, said "100% refund if requested at least 21 days IF prior to treatment."  She requested a refund and was told NO.  I called Mickie, his employee, and asked her who was overseeing said sales fees and treatments and she said, "We have several investors who monitor the clinic's ...... (can't recall any more). 

I then asked, "Do you have anybody there who is affiliated with this treatment program named Slamko?"  She said she'd have to research and find out and would call me later.  She never called back.   I am not concerned if actually Dr. Friedman and staff would oversee this treatment at their facility.  But, after researching I cannot find out actually WHO is doing it.  I strongly suspect after Slamko gets all this money from unsuspecting "patients" he's gonna take off with his lasers and with the money!    I have contacted the AZ Republic staff as well as the local TV stations and I am hoping they will help me get the $5800.00 back. 

He is so slick, I am not sure.  My daughter was being very loving, thinking of me and mother's Day next month when she signed up for this.  I feel really bad that I myself do NOT wish to participate because I am unwilling to be part of an unethical plot to bilk people out of their hard-earned money.  After reading reports of others' experiences, my heart goes out to them.  I'm 76, retired from 50+ years of health care and I feel people like Slamko should be brought to justice and not placed in a white collar place, but in general population in prison.
