English Consultants went for legal advice to the company Bignon Lebray in lyon France.They needed advice on a delicate matter involving their biggest client the company Biomerieux.

The director of English consultants first confirmed with Lionel Hanachowitch partner in Bignon lebray that they did not work with Biomerieux ,he confirmed they did not.He then gave all the details in strictest confidence to lawyer Hanachowitch..he was told he would have a response in several days.

Mr Heslehurst was then ordered to a meeting with 2 directors of biomerieux who informed him they had been contacted by the law firm bignon lebray and they were very unhappy he had looked for legal council...this meeting effectively lost English consultants their biggest account and triggered many events leading up to the company almost going bankrupt and having to be sold..further consequences were the marriage breakdown and attempted suicides of both mr and mrs Heslehurst.
