Rip-Off Report


I signed up as an Area Manager for BioPerformance February 27, 2006. From that time until April 1st (April Fool's Day) I had enrolled 32 people under me in my downline. 14 of these same people that have joined the company after April Fool's Day have received no product at all. Roger and I had placed an order of 70 additional bottles on March 31st, and we have received nothing. There has been approximately $5000.00 of product ordered for 25 people since that time, and not one bottle has been delivered.

The company has moved or changed their manufacturer of the product 5 times since December, and there seems to be no product available. My sister has personally visited the company's office. It is very small and has a staff of 2 people. Does this sound like a 50 million dollar company to you?

Every couple of days I receive e-mails from the company about how great they are and how fast they are growing. Yet not one of my 32 people has received any product since April 1st. The product that I did receive earlier had no quality control, and now there is no product. We have written many complaints to the company on their website with no response, and we have tried to call several times with no answer.

This company has copied the product Enviro-Max, as mentioned earlier on this forum. Many of the words and sentences on the BioPerformance website are almost identical to the ones on the Enviro-Max website. They had to know that they would not be in business for long doing this.

BioPerformance is out to get as much cash as possible in the short time before they are shut down. They had to have this planned from the beginning - to rip off the people signing up. They have no scruples or morals, and they are one of the biggest scams of all time.
