Sent an email to Bioplushair inquiring about an order. Somebody by the name of Ms Valini Vijayanti replied back wanting me to provide personal information so they could "approve" my company. I did not feel comfortable doing this so I was sent an email saying I was arrogant with no business sense?

This company is unprofessional and I don't understand how they could do business and maintain happy customers with this type of behavior. Please see email

What kind of business is this? Why would you talk to potential customers like this? This is extremely unprofessional and name calling is very immature. I'm going to post this email on the internet.

I don't understand. What are you approving? In business if I'm interested in a product than I pay for it. No one turns down money.

I'm looking to place an order no later than tomorrow because I need the hair by 1/17. Are you able to accomodate this time? I understand you have a long waiting list so I might have to take my business elsewhere if you can not ship to arrive by this date.

The only mode of payment we accept is Wire Transfer (No Cards / No Money Gram / No Western Union)

If i was asking you to fill out the form it is because all new customers are passing through our New Accounting department, and should be approved prior of any business. That was to save time.

We are a reputed company and only one in all India to process hair with plant so bio compatible and cuticle intact. Oue wefts last long and are very smooth. So we have a long waiting list.
