Hello, theres another report on here abut this company, biopro chemicals.The complaint sounds EXACTLY like mine..
I paid over $2400 by bank wire and received a tracking number after the weekend.. This was almost two weeks ago.. The tracking number still does not work.... excuse after excuse... the person tommy m, a rep for the company said 2 days ago, just give 1 more day maximum... well, still nothing... and now tommy stopped replying to me on skype.
i find the other report's "resolution" 9 months after the initial report to be highly suspicious... I have the exact same complaint as that person, but i spent over $2400....
I was going to spend more with this company, so they would have made a lot more money if they hadnt ripped me off
I suggest STRONGLY that no one do business with this company, unless you want to just hrow your money away
avoid bipro chemicals, ltd and avoid the person known as tommy m on skype

The shipment was exactly delayed, and we will not deny this fact. But please consider that we just had a long holiday here in China - a 7-day-long National Day holiday. Every year when it is closing to a long holiday or during a long holiday in China, things will go much slower than expected, manufacturing, shipping, etc. We do not mean to take this as an excuse but this really affected us.
Actually, you send emails to our colleague with complaints during the holiday and he was busy talking to the logistics everyday when he should have had the break. But you still did not accept any of his explanation and make this complaint posted here. And I received email to find this page the first time I came back today and would like to make some more explanation. Not sure if this kind of service will make you feel satisfied.
Now you have seen, the record was already tracable from the day before yesterday when we were still on holidays. And you will see our shipment is of top quality.
We were not, are not and will not to be scammers. Just sometimes we need understand from customers because we believe mutual benefits are based on mutual understanding.

tracking just started working now...
it took a while though
i will see soon if quality is there, but the tracking now works, the package is on its way

Okay... the person tommym contacted me... told me since shes still replying, that it means the company didnt scam me, and to give it until monday in china
well, guess what? shes stopped replying, and its monday in china... and still nothing... tracking number does not work
here are the company's pages on ecplaza and made in china.. these are very important revuene sources for this company, so if anyone sees this company, trust me... avoid them

the company person I eal with just gave me another excuse... of course different than last one
i irdered 2 weeks ago.. but now the reason my tracking doesnt work is because oct 1 is a holiday in hong kong... my contact actually told me i shouldve ordered earlier to avoid this, thus putting the blame on me
I ordered 2 weeks ago.... its just another excuse.... i also contacted the company management, and they did not reply... which leads me to believe they know they scammed me, and have no intention of fixing my situation
