Biosourse Solutions has been listed on Nasdaq and later on Frankfurt exchange. Robert Pieroway sent a letter to all shareholders in MRS that an Acquisition Agreement between the 2 Companies (July 25 2006) had lead to that shareholders in MRS should recieve shares in Biosourse I bought later more shares in Biosourse Solutions Inc November 2006. We shareholders recieved a Letter from Robert Pieroway in March 9 2007 with information of a forward split, and we recieved the new certificates.
Biosourse was delisted from Frankfurt because of to low activity. They still have a webside not updated in a while. They also have anwering service on phone where it is possible to leave messages. They never return calls, I have tried several times. They had information earlier on their webside regarding their transfer agent but it is not there anymore.
It is provocative that they still have their webside running, their products are still marketing in WallMart, but they are not listed as an Canadian Company.
Robert Pieroway never returns call or answer any mail it certainly looks like squam.
