After several weeks of trying to recover my BIOS password from a computer that had been sitting in my closet for over a year, I thought it would be time to find a solution. Since there was no warranty left on my computer, I was not about to pay $280 for a company to do something that should be free, as long as the consumer proves owner ship.

After searching the internet for a solution, a program that seems to fit my needs kept popping up, and it was cheaper than a new motherboard, and surely less expensive than what HP wanted to charge me.

Without any hesitation at all, I ordered the software (BIOS/CMOS password recovery) for $24.95so I thought. But it ended up costing $33.10 thru PayPal.

I was sent a reply email from PayPal and SWERG with purchase number and everything paid for, SWERG even had the download link availableCool!!!

Right away I knew something was wrong! Not only was the download link an empty file, but the name of the file was windows password and recoveryWTH??

I emailed support and consumers help a number of times, but to no avail. I searched forever to find a call number, and finally talked to someone who told me to go to SWREG.ORG and they would take care of me. But after going there and finding a number of complaints about the same issue as mine, I knew I got GOT!

I finally received a reply after making a complaint to PayPal asking for my money back, but of course they failed to give me what I paid for. Heck, they gave me nothing at all. They just allowed me to download the same empty and false file again, with the same result.
