Read a full page ad in Popular Science magazine for the male enhancement product, ExtenZe. Ad offered a free week supply for the price of a postage stamp. Foolishly, I went online to the website and ordered the free week supply with a .97 cent debit to my credit card. This was on Dec 17. When I received my credit card statement for charges accrued during the 30 days ending Jan 15, there were four debits from sweetextenze Pasadena, Ca totaling $100.31. Additionally, on the same day as I received my credit card statement, I received an envelope from Biotab Nutriceuticals with a box containing a 30 day supply of pills. I never ordered a 30 day supply. After a google search on the company, I came across this site with the multiple complaints against this company. I plan to contact my credit card company tomorrow to dispute these charges. If successful, I will let you know. Otherwise, I'll have to cancel this card. Additionally, I plan to write to Popular Science to complain about their carrying this ad in their magazine.

Followup call to Biotab customer service resulted in a promise of a call from the supervisor, which never came, and which I didn't expect. I made this call at the request of the bank after I filed a telephonic dispute of all of Biotab's unauthorized charges. After allowing 24 hours for a response that never came, I called the bank to cancel the credit card. This they did after confirming the legitimate charges still outstanding on the card. They sent me a new card with a new number within a week. They also sent me dispute forms ( one for each unauthorized transaction ) to complete for their records. These I completed and returned immediately.
