Victims are solicited and defrauded by the VP Investor Relations, Mr. Gary Moss of 2077 Marquesas Ave, Tega Cay, SC 29708. Millions of dollars were raised since 1997 for the supposed development of an innovative heart monitor system that has never achieved normal utilization or marketability. As a private company, investor money is not liquid and the shares of stock that are sold have no marketability. Many investors have waited years for zero return from a company that continues to lose money into perpetuity. The former CEO Mr. Clarence P. (Chuck) Groff has a history of investor fraud, accounting and financial fraud with the SEC and was operating under a "cease and desist" order when he formulated Biowatch Medical Inc. in 1997.
