I wish my daughter would have seen the September 8, 2008, Rip Off Report regarding Birchcliff Lending before sending off her $600.00 yesterday, October 21, 2008. Apparently this company is nothing more than an Advance Fee Loan Scheme. They are not listed with Michigan's Financial & Insurance Services Agency. They are now listed with Michigan's AG's Office as well as the Michigan State Police, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Kansas AG's Office.

She thought she did her homework...researched for weeks and looked for signs of fraud. Now she's out her paycheck with no way to pay the bills. Thanks Birchcliff!
