Birchcliff Lending Brichcliff Lending make themselves seem real, but they are frauds Pontiac Michigan

The woman who wrote a complaint on Birchcliff Lending wasn't joking when she spoke on the company being a fake company. They make themselves seem so real, but when you start asking questions about what it is that they do their Customer Service Manager gets rude. My wife and I sent money; not seening the post that was placed on here until after words, as soon as I completed the down payment some how my banking info wasn't right. That it would take 5-7 days for me to get the money, because the money was put into the wrong banking account. Before I sent the money I asked the "Customer Service Manager" I want you to cross check my bank info just to make sure its what you have. He took the info and read it back to me. Here is where it gets fishy. I called them back after 2hours he said it should be another 2 hours from that two hours. I waited for 24 hours and got nothing. That following day I called thats when he told my wife that it will take 7-5 days for them to get the money back and another 7-5 days for me to get the money. I called my bank, it only takes a max of 48 hours for everything to be completed. Remember the cross check? He says that wasn't his department and that my wife gave the wrong info. Mind you if a person is gulity they will never take the blame for their wrong. I plead with you... Please do not throw your money away to these people you will not get your money. The FBI should be called on this company...my local police office said they would not do anything about this. Mind you they don't have a budget, and the fact that the amount was under $3000 that we sent. I think if enough people get involved who have been done wrong by these people then maybe we could get our money back. All I can do is pray that these people will stop rippin people off.
