Mr. David E. Bird is not a family lawyer, though he claims to practice since 1967. He does not represent his client, and extends cases to bill the account as much as he can, especially when he smells money. In my specific case: he calculated the child support payment incorrectly (the most basic of all calculations); ignored detailed records of separate assets; took me thru a mediation where he gave me toxic legal advice that resulted in my ex getting 70% of all assets. the reason for mediation was for custody and travel of the children - both of my objectives were denied, and i lost a significant portion of my hard-earned money.
I would not want anyone to go thru this experience. Avoid Mr. David E. Bird at all costs. else it will end up costing you a fortune.
