Birdie Boutique Stole my $63 and wont send anything or refund my money Durham, North Carolina

I placed an order July 11, 2011.  Except for getting an order confirmation e-mail on the 11th, I heard and received absolutely nothing.  There was an order status link in the e-mail.  I clicked it and it had no information at all.  Only July 16, 2011, I called the number listed on the website - they are supposedly a vet office with a brick and mortar store so I figured I could get information that way.  The person on the phone was clueless and said that she would have to check with "the warehouse" but they were closed weekends.  She took my cell phone number and said she would check with them Monday and call me.  Well, no one ever called Monday so I called back late in the day.  They put me on hold and I finally found out that an item was backordered even though the website lied and said everything was in stock and ready to ship.  I asked if I could talk to someone at "the warehouse" to make sure this order gets cancelled because I was tired of waiting, but she told me "the warehouse" does not talk to the public and she would have to relay the message.  Well, I keep checking paypal (which is how I originally paid the $63.18 for this order) and have yet to receive my money back. 

These people are crooks and thieves.  I have disputed this charge in Paypal (actually escalated to a claim) but they have not responded at all yet.  I have also filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's office as well as their Better Business Bureau.  Unless you want to get frustrated and have to fight them to get you money back shop elsewhere.  It is frustrating not to be able to communicate with anyone who has any responsibility for the web orders.  I cannot comment on their brick and mortar store or the vet office, but after getting ripped off by their operation I would never try them.
