When I first heard of the bitcoin and how it can help you buy things for seemingly less, I jumped on the occasion with big hopes. I wanted to get as many coins as I could, and as fast as I could. My quest for more bitcoins took me through a forest of casino games found on various sites, but I don’t trust the traditional casino at all,so why would I try to play a virtual one? Another stop was the online betting with fractions of a coin, and this solution appealed more.

Betting shouldn’t be taken lightly, no matter where it takes place. I chose bitbet.us, a site where you can place bets on anything, including political affairs. The winning odds are usually 50-50. What I do like about betting is that the result is rarely rigged. The first thing you need to know about bitbet.us is that it uses a color code for the bets: red means “no” and blue/green means “yes.” You can also see the amount of bitcoins bet by everyone on both outcomes. I thought this is a sign of sincerity, fairness, whatever you want to call it. I was wrong.

I created an account, but I had to provide my personal data, and I figured it had to be because they are actually dealing with money. In case of big winnings, anyone could come claim it, so they needed to use increased security. It took a long time for them to approve my account, almost 2 weeks. I deposited 6 Bitcoin, and you know how much money this means. Once it got through, I started to search for events to bet on. I decided to bet on those with a short waiting time.

I won some Bitcoins, but I was generally unhappy with the whole site, as I found it hard to browse, so I decided to withdraw the BTS I had in the account and to close it. To my surprise, I had to have at least 10 BTS to withdraw, and I clearly did not. Customer support didn’t want to hear any pleas, and they banned me. They thought I was some person trying to get another man’s money, as they send me an automated mail with the details. But I can’t reply to the mail because it was sent by a robot, and I am left with no bitcoin. I can’t believe I willingly gave my details and money to a scam website that should be taken down.
