I ordered 24$ (12 credits) as usual. Never got my credits! Contacted the company to ask about the process of my order. They said that I did everything correctly, and that it is something with their system which is why i'm not receiving my credits! 24 hrs later I contacted them, to ask how long this process would take! They said to re-read their last email. Which they asked for me not to "Flood" the help desk. Which I never did. I explained to them that I have no patience for a error on their side! I explained I could create another account if that was the issue (but no reply regarding that).

I then explained to process the credits or give me a refund. They then laughed regarding the situation (for their delay) and called me a w***e! Not once but in two seperate email responses! I tried their service just due to the ease of use, and timing! They are no longer swift with providing credits right after you order, like they state on their website. Not only that but extremely rude! They charge double the price, and customer service is non-existent! Dont waste your money with this website (company). Screenshots available as well. Still never received a refund from this company!
