They are fake! Do not BUY products from them. They are accepting payments and then blocked you!!!! A complete group of slammers and fakers!
Never received item. Was ripped off like others. Company needs prosecuting for fraud.
SCAM!! You will not receive your order if you order from there.
No reaction to e-mails. Never shipped. No help. No refund
I ORDERED MANY ITEMS FOR MANY COUNTRIES, THE FIRST ORDER WAS OK. I ORDERED AGAIN SMALL ORDERS BUT NOT ALL ORDERS NEVER SHOW UP TO THEY DESTINATIONS. SOME I DID NOT ORDERED THEM. I EMAILED BACK ABOUT THE MISSING ITEMS BUT THE VENDORS THEY DO NOT EXIST ANYMORE O KEEP TELLING ME THE ITEMS ARE IN HIS WAY

Dear Admin Team
The Review about Bitmart is Fake. We have responded to this fake post and we have to date not received a single email or phone call in order to determine who this customer is. Furthermore, all international orders are paid via Paypal which has a zero-tolerance full refund policy if we don't deliver or comply with their requirements of customer satisfaction so there is no way that this customer is real because if he was so terribly inconvenienced he could simply ask for a full refund from PayPal.
Please have the bad review about Bitmart removed as we have determined after 5 months since it was posted this was done in an attempt to damage our reputation.
