Awful service. I bought a used Macbook Pro from these guys and had problems with it the minute I got it home. Its a father and son business and the son exchanged the first one because it was an obvious defective monitor along with many other issues. I got the next one home and it slowly started developing the same problem. I took the new one back to them and the old man was very rude and condescending.
The AC adapter had stopped working and the "new" battery wouldn't hold a charge. He claimed to replace the battery (which he did not) and exchanged the ac adapter with one that was taped up with black electrical tape on the end. About a week later the end that goes in the computer started smoking and burned up. The battery wont hold even 5 minutes of a charge. So back to the store I go.
This time they tell me there's nothing they will do and this turned into a shouting match. He actually tried to SELL me another AC adapter!! I told him I would rather pay twice as much for it somewhere else than buy one from them. These people are not honest, they have no integrity and they sell garbage posing as good computers. I highly recomend staying FAR away from this place.

NOTHING YOU JUST SAID happened the way you did. Your rude dad who incedentally should not have contact with the public, is the idiot that forced the charger with tape on it on me. You do NOT have a good reputation and your dad is lucky he didnt get knocked out. You're a dishonest incompetent fool and Im not done destroying you. BTW, Im getting my money back from my credit card company so Im done here. Enjoy me slowly draining you of customers. This a*****e actually told me that he would NOT warranty his product until I removed this report. This guy is a liar and a thief! STAY VERY clear of this incompetent moron folks! Hey jackass, you know how to get ahold of me. Make your crappy computers decent for a change!

I apologize that you feel as though you were treated unfair.
Here's what actually happened. On 10/15/2014 You Purchased a 2008 MacBook Pro from us. It came with a dual core processor, 2GB of Ram, and a 250GB Hard Drive. I even picked out the one in the Best physical condition per your request. You were informed when you bought it that it was "Refurbished" and came with a 90 Calandar day warranty. Once paid you were given the laptop with a genuine apple ac adapter. 2 weeks later you returned to our store stating that the computer was running a little slow. While it was here, I noticed your screen had a backlight that was not working. I pointed it out to you, and you said that you didn't even notice. Under warranty, I exchanged it for another. I went up and beyond and moved your hard drive over so that you wouldnt lose your data and doubled the RAM from 2GB to 4GB as a courtesy. You left satisfied. A few weeks later you returned to the store and said that the battery was not holding a charge. Still being under warranty, we replaced the battery with a brand new one and replaced the ac adapter with another New apple charger. It did NOT have black electrical tape on it like you said that it did. Keep in mind those adapters only come in white. Between the two of us, Someone would have caught that before you left. The next time we saw you was on Monday, 3/2/2015. You brought us an adapter that had been Modified. You used a non-apple 2-prong Black power cord then complained that the adapter started smoking. Inproper use is not covered under any warranty anywhere, anytime. Regardless, your warranty had expired 2 months prior to your last visit. We have a great reputation and bend over backwards for our customers.
