Bitz.com ripoff Culver City California

Is it gold or a look alike? What size are the rings?

I repeatedly asked Bidz.com for this information, but, no one there was able to tell me anything. After many Emails to them
I still haven't received an answer.

I do know that if I return them (even within their allotted time)I would be out more than 25% for their restocking fee because I have also paid S&H fee and Trans. fee.

What's more they will not accept any ring back if they have been resized. I asked customer service who resized their rings and was told, "I don't know".

I looked at the invoice of one of the rings that had been resized and it said, Rings Resizing at Biz.com".

Help, Help, Help, Is it gold ????????
