Our first contact was with James Michael of Direct Business Lending.  Next, Adam was our contact person.  After he convinced us that we could easily get a business loan in less than 30 days, we paid the $249 fee.

We were then directed to Adam, Katara, and Robert at Biz Funding Builder.  They required $1750 to write a professional business plan for submissioin, establish a business credit report and to receive "business coaching" which ended up telling us to register with Dunn and Bradstreet and to get inquiries off our credit report.  They "nicely" let us pay in two installments of $1000 and $750.

After much questioning and complaining, I finally received a business plan.  It was a very unprofessional copy and paste document with inaccuracies, including changing the document to our name and business.

We were next sent to their "lending partner"  Direct Businss Lending.  Terry May was the guy that was suppose to get our loan.  Again, after much complaining, he finally said that he could get us business credit cards.  To which I stated that we did not pay $2000 for credit cards that we can get those ourselves for no charge.

I am now receiving emails on how to grow our business from Hawkeye Management.  I believe that they are the parent company of this major scam operation.

We have good credit ratings and could have used local financing.  We just thought this plan was faster and we knew we needed a professional business plan in hand.

The people at Biz Funding Builder/Direct Business Lending have contacted me and are working to secure our business loan.  It seems that all the problems have revolved around miscommunication or lack of communication.

They are going to also fix the glitches in the business plan.

I have also learned that Hawkeye Management is not a part of BFB/DBL.  They are also actually a very reputable, separate company that helps businesses.

I want to apologize to the individuals and the company for a less than positive review.  I once again look forward to working with the individuals in the acquisition of the business loan.

Once the business loan is totally final, I will once again update you on the completed process.  That way you will have confidence in using the companies and its employees.
