I ordered on a Credit Card a Hillsdale-Riverview Counter Height Dinette set for $399.00- on September 23rd 2008, charged on my CapitalOne account on September 25. I requested that if item was not available, to let me know. I later on checked order online, it was indicated that production was delayed until october 23rd.Later e-mail from Jennifer Thompson, stated that I should receive by end of month (October)...nothing yet, I have tried to contact company, the phone number is disconnected, my latest e-mails have remained unanswered. I don't know what to do, I checked white/yellow pages in NY, could not be located.
