BizAtomic Migration Issues, and No Support St Augustine Florida

I have been with BizAtomic now for over 3 years. The company was sold a few months ago. I am not sure when but that is when I noticed the issues with my website. The site started going down all the time. I would try to call however you can't talk to a support person even when your website is down! I emailed and just get a basic auto response stating that they are looking into the issues. The time the site was down version the time to move the website it wasn't worth it to leave an find another hosting company. Now BizAtomic is "migrating" websites to a new and improved location (which just leads me to believe that the site going down wasn't out of the blue). So the last straw was the reason I didn't leave BizAtomic as because moving was going to be a headache however they have created the headache for me. I have been plagued with site issues, email issues, images not showing up and just disappearing. I talked to someone at the company she was nice however didn't know what to say about the issues other than We are trying to fix them. It has been months now and still the site has many issues. I looked up the company and it is registered to a Chris Rea with Decision tree holdings. I have located another company and will be canceling my website with BizAtomic ASAP.
