Paul Parkin,[alias Paul McQuillan, contacted me via the internet, concerning our out of date website- after a lengthy chat , he informed me he could redo the entire website, create a branding for our company, and design an add for our business. He told me to ,mail a check for 4997- I had asked to send a credit card, but he informed me that he gets hit hard with fees for that payment, so we agreed to send a check- he signed the check over to another party, and the day after, his linked in site, phone contact, and business website were deleted.

  After doing a search on a site , we found out that Mr. Parkin also goes by the name Paul McQuillan, and several complaints were made in the same line as we did- but for alot less than we lost... 5000 dollars lost, is crippling to our business
