BK Cypress Missouri AG suit against BK Cypress builder Bronson Florida

BK Cypress was supposed to provide building supplies through a local builder in Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. the builder was Heartwood Log Homes of Berryville Arkansas, Gary Myers-owner. He took our money and at least four other families to the tune of almost $450,000.00. BK Cypress claims all supplies were delivered to him and as such they were not liahonors us to honor their warranties. This is how they will take your money without any way for you to get it back. The builder ended up signing a settlement a settlement agreement for nearly $435,000 by admitting he knowingly and willfully took our money with no intent to provide the services contracted for. BK Cypress, when questioned claimed he was one of their top builders and supported him completely. 

We never received blue prints, the supplies were inadequate to finish the job, the supplies received were the wrong ones, and the list goes on. To make matters worse it took 7 years to get the settlement and the AG's office have been unable to enforce it. This scam actually involved nearly 20 families but only 5 of us had sufficient records to proceed. Two of the families were thrown into bankruptcy as a result. This is not a scam but a criminal activity wide spread and intentional. 

If you are planning to use BK Cypress, you might as well just take the money and throw  it away because you will only have your dreams crushed and your plans destroyed. You would be better off living in a tent.
