You took my complain so people can not see it, because you know is true. YOU HAVE TO PAY ME THE MONEY $2,950 THAT YOU OWE ME.  HUGO LAMYRE DONT TAKE MY COMPLAIN OUT OF RIP OFF, YOU USED MY TRUCK, TO TRANSPORT YOUR TREES, AND OPEN DIFFERENT COMPANIES LIKE SYNERGY, CLOVER SYSTEMS MADE THEM TO POST YOUR LOADS IN TRUCKSTOP, FIND A TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND THEN DONT PAY US FOR YOUR CRHISTMAS TREE TRANSPORTATION, BUT YOU CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THOSE COMPANIES TOO. YOU ARE USED TO DO THAT. THAT IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS, PAY ME YOU RUIN MY BUSINESS AND YOU DONT CARE WHAT BUSINESS YOU DESTROY BECAUSE YOU STEAL FROM EVERYBODY. I WILL WRITE, AND E-MAIL TO ALL CUSTOMERS AND SEND THE CHECK YOU SEND ME TO NAFTA, WILL REPORT YOU THERE, AND YOUR POTENTIONAL CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMERS THAT I KNOW. Hugo's rebuttal is nothing but a pack of lies -- what else from this thief?  This "small deposit" was the thousand-dollar full payment wire transfer he demanded for the shipment of trees that was supposedly loaded but for which he could never provide a bill of lading proving the shipment, then he ADMITTED he resold the trees to another buyer, thus selling them TWICE and still not refunding our money.  These guys are nothing but crooks and thieves of the worst kind.  Avoid like the plague.

When the client gave a deposit and confirmed an order, it is too late to have that order cancelled, especially when the order is loaded and on its way.

The Client decided to have the order cancelled, even after knowing perfecly that it had been loaded and that the Christmas Tree order was on its way. The order was loaded in a back of a trailer, and it needed to be unloaded for the 2nd order of trees to be unloaded for the second client. We did not refunded the small deposit that was initially to the client, since the order of trees was cancelled when it had already left the plantations.

The trees had to be left on consignement, and only a small fraction of funds were recuperated.
