Black Diamond Transportation Services, Black Diamond Transport Failed to pay for services, Internet

Did Transportation work for almost 8 months. Was paid here and there when it fit their needs. Stopped paying so I could not continue to work?. Now they claim that they do not owe me the money because I did not continue to work for a one year period". Claim we had a verbal contract (which we did not) so they do not have to pay me.  I do have a written contract.

Still working with Small Claims Court to get my money!. Will post results as soon as the are available!. What a horrible way to treat hard working people that only want to be paid for their work?. I never quit or gave notice.  Only that I could not work until the paid me up to date!.  A couple thousand dollars still owed and they refuse to pay.

With court cost they owe me over $2500.00 now.  Went to Broward County Sheriff to try and get collection.  The Sheriff's dept. sponsors an race car for Black Diamond's VP so there is a conflict of interest there.  I did not file because of the large amount the Sheriff's Dept. requires.  Also you have to get the information on Black Diamonds assets in order for them to confiscate any company property to be resold at a Sheriff's auctions in order for proceeds to be paid out.  

Unreal!  I am going to file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office and suggest anyone else ripped off to do the same.   Any Attorney interested in a class action suite for myself and others being taken advantage of please call!
